1. About LaneXangMarket

LaneXangMarket (lanexangmarket.com) is a free online classifieds platform allowing users to post and browse listings for second-hand goods, vehicles, and real estate in Laos. LaneXangMarket acts solely as an intermediary between buyers and sellers and is not a party to any transaction.

2. Disclaimer of Liability

LaneXangMarket is a platform only. We do not verify, inspect, or guarantee any listing, product, service, or user on our platform. We are not responsible for:

• The accuracy, quality, safety, or legality of any listed item
• The identity, reliability, or good faith of any buyer or seller
• Any transaction, payment, delivery, or dispute between users
• Any loss, damage, or injury resulting from a transaction made through the platform
• Fraudulent listings or users

All transactions are conducted entirely at the users' own risk. We strongly encourage users to meet in safe public places, verify items before payment, and exercise caution with all transactions.

3. User Responsibilities

By using LaneXangMarket, you agree to:

• Post only lawful, accurate, and non-misleading listings
• Not post illegal, counterfeit, dangerous, or prohibited items
• Treat other users with respect
• Take full responsibility for your listings and transactions

LaneXangMarket reserves the right to remove any listing or account at its sole discretion without notice.

4. Data Collection & Privacy

We collect only the minimum data necessary to operate the platform:

• Email address — required for account creation and login
• Username — displayed publicly on your listings
• Phone / WhatsApp number — optional, only displayed if you choose to make it public

We do not sell, share, or rent your personal data to any third party. Your data is stored securely via Supabase and is used solely to provide the LaneXangMarket service.

You may request deletion of your account and data at any time by contacting us.

5. Intellectual Property

All content you post on LaneXangMarket (photos, descriptions) remains your property. By posting, you grant LaneXangMarket a non-exclusive license to display your content on the platform.

6. Changes to These Terms

LaneXangMarket reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
